Pokémon Tales is a group of series created by Dioga beta. It follows the character Ian throughout his journey as a Pokémon trainer.
Plot
Ian starts his travels in the Kanto region. Over time, he will go to the other regions of the show, and some only in the games. As he travels, he will make new friends and catch new Pokémon, as he is pitted against the evil organizations of the region.
Series
Constants
Each series will have sets of constants, events that will be the same in each region.
- Ian will always have a travel Pokémon. This Pokémon will change in each region.
- Ian will mostly only catch Pokémon in a region that goes with the Pokémon's generation.
- Ian's Pokémon will not evolve into Pokémon of other Generations. So a Golbat will not evolve into Crobat. He may, however, catch a Crobat individually.
- Gym Leaders will only use Pokémon of their generation. So gym leaders in Johto will only use Pokémon of Gen II.
- Each region's villainous group will appear in their regions.
