- The player can befriend 990+ Pokémon from all six canon generations and one fan-made generation.
- This is the first PokéPark game with no need of voice acting ingame. Voice acting is only in the cutscenes when the Pokémon are speaking English except Pikachu is the only Pokémon with voice acting ingame. Pikachu still can't speak English.
